Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Axis Manhattan offers FREE USPS Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

How long does delivery take?
USPS delivery generally takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Total delivery time is typically 5–9 business days (processing + transit).

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

What if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to holidays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us through our Contact Us page and we will assist you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return period?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No. Axis Manhattan does not charge restocking fees.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

What items qualify for return?
Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original tags and packaging included where applicable

Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email is accepted).

How do I start a return?
Contact us first through our Contact Us page and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return (optional)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the item you want to exchange. Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Cancellations & Issues

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible and include your order number.
We can usually cancel orders before processing begins. Once processing starts or the order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If the order has shipped, you may request a return after delivery under our 30-day return policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. If possible, include a clear photo of the issue and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
